Flip page over and attach second vinyl pocket in the same manner.

Cut two pieces of bias binding, each one 101/2". Encase raw edges (top and bottom) of page in bias binding. Turn under 3/8" on each end for finishing. Topstitch.

Repeat for three remaining pages.

Stack all 4 pages from largest to smallest (with smallest on top) matching at center line. Working with 2 pockets at a time, machine stitch down the center to secure pages. Stack pages inside needlecase cover. With #5 perle cotton and a darning needle, stitch through all layers using a running stitch.

With a 4" piece of bias binding, form a button loop to accommodate selected button.

Center loop on short side of needlecase and topstitch to secure.  Position button on opposite side and attach.
